Welcome to Insignia Estate Sales. The Insignia principals have 20 years of successful experience in estate, downsizing, and moving sales for homes both large and small.
An estate sale for a loved one can be extremely
stressful for close family members, especially for husbands/wives
and children. Our trained staff works to ease that stress by working
diligently with family to help them through a very difficult time
and advise them on various ways to part with a loved ones prized
possessions. We offer compassion, honesty and expertise
How we get started.
When a family decides to use our services they can be assured they will receive superior and personalized white glove service throughout the sales process. We walk them through our standard sales contract and discuss potential changes. Next, we help them determine what, if anything, they would like to remove from the property before the sale, and remind them that anything left in the house that hasn't been removed by the family will be sold. There's no need for family members to attempt to clean or dispose of any items. Our team will empty cupboards, clean out drawers and closets and display the items to be sold with an eye for maximum exposure. We also make sure that any important things like personal documents, photos etc., never get lost in the shuffle, and are immediately turned over to the family.
